Orders are generally shipped within 24 hours (Monday – Friday) using Australia Post.
Australia Post’s delivery standard is 2 – 7 days. A flat rate shipping fee of $2 per item applies to all domestic orders.
A flat rate shipping fee of $20 per item applies to all international orders.
If your product arrives damaged in the mail, a refund will be accepted if you contact us within 7 days of receiving the delivery.
If you would like a refund or return the item and exchange for a new product, please lodge a submission through our online contact form and our team will be in contact with you as soon as possible to discuss your order. Shipping costs are non refundable.
